Does organization really make a difference? Yes, it does! It is something people observe.
When you have children in your life, you begin to see how much they imitate what you do and say. It can cause you to question if you’re up to the task. If you’re single or a couple on your own, you also want to do well for each other, yourself, and those around you.
Finding ways to organize our personal and financial information can be a very valuable skill
we can pass on to our children or friends. Even this can be a part of your legacy.
It saves time, stops ongoing frustration and develops confidence. It is a skill that is not
natural for everyone, but it is a skill that can be learned.
Even if you are an organized person, you may not have all your information in one place for
easy access, because it takes time to do that. Details like banking/mortgage contacts, all of your insurance, legal documents, out of town info, and medical contacts for instance, are
much more accessible if they are all in one place for quick access.
During an unexpected emergency, we can forget names and where we put contact information because we become flustered. If you plan ahead people will say,
“She Knows Where to Find That” and they will be right! Check out another blog about my skills with this.
Why not take advantage of what I have already put together so you can just fill in the blanks?
You will have easy peasy access to information that will make your life more streamlined.
You will have electronic files and be able to print finished copies as well.
This blog is my invitation for you to join me and take what is valuable to you and run with it.
If there are areas that don’t meet your current needs, skip them. It’s ok. It’s not a big deal.
I want to be a support to women by putting together formats that make their life easier and they can gather needed information in less time. That allows you to put your energy into the people and events that are most valuable to you.
Check out the format I have for cataloging contacts for Work on Your House if you haven’t seen it yet. There’s no charge.
Does getting formats to organize your personal and financial info sound good to you? Great! Then jump in here to view the class topics for cataloging. They are almost ready for purchase. You will be able to sign up for what meets your needs. Until then, finish getting the contact info for work you have done on your house.
