Grief can be one of the most difficult emotions to process. It can be hard to find solace after a loved one passes away. It's natural to feel overwhelmed by feelings of permanence.

However, introducing beautiful and living plants or flowers into a home can bring new life, hope, and a refreshing feel to the home and the family that lives there.

This can provide an emotional uplift for those who are grieving, as well as bring about

positive changes in focus and concentration.

After my dad had a fall, he struggled at home for a month. After losing my dad at the hospital, we all returned home with our mom. Unexpectedly, my brother brought an armful of flowers to the house.

I couldn't believe what a breath of fresh air had been brought in – literally!

He also had everyone open up any closed curtains and bring in the sunshine.

It was like giving life permission to enter back in!

In my own family’s experience with this grief, we found that filling our home with vibrant blooms truly helped us remember that life still holds good for us, even when we were feeling lost in sorrow after a memorial service.

With grief comes struggle - focusing on tasks at hand can become incredibly difficult,

so it’s important to create an atmosphere where concentration is easier than ever.

Recent studies have shown that having plants in the office

or in the home can improve focus levels by up to 70%,

making it easier for those who are grieving to concentrate on their work or daily tasks without feeling as overwhelmed by sadness or anxiety.

Additionally, plants act as natural air purifiers, removing toxins from the air inside your home and promoting better sleep patterns for those who may be struggling with insomnia due to grief-related stress.

On top of all that, adding plants and flowers around your home provides beauty and brightness when you need it most.

A simple bouquet on a kitchen table or windowsill adds beauty and life energy to any

room while also providing those healing benefits mentioned above!

And don’t forget about giving these special gifts to others in your life who may be going through tough times; sending an arrangement of fresh blooms is sure to brighten someone’s day when they need it most!

There’s no denying that looking at something beautiful like fresh blooms gives us hope during hard times - something every person needs during their grieving process!
